Revisions or changes in the design requirements

Revisions are a natural part of the process, and I’ll work with you until we get it just right. If there are changes in the requirements simply update or close the ticket depending on the scope of the change.

Managing your service

You can pause, cancel or upgrade your plan at any time before your next billing cycle.

Your plan will renew each month unless cancellation or notification to pause service has been received. I do not offer refunds for unused time if no requests have been submitted or approved with in the plan period. Any purchase made to reserve upcoming monthly support is final upon purchase.
