1. You will be guided through a step by step guide to hit the ground running right away.
2. Attach your brand guidelines, requirements, or assets that may be needed for reference.

Start submitting your requests.

1. You can submit an unlimited number of requests to your project board.
2. Each request will be reviewed, estimated, and prioritized according to your plan and monthly roadmap goals.
3. One or more requests (depending on size) will enter a weekly sprint.
4. You will be notified when your request is ready for review.
5. You can add comments and provide feedback along the way.
6. We will revise until you approve.

Project requests are managed in weekly sprints, and 1 or more requests from your roadmap will enter an upcoming sprint at a time. Each request can be different and vary in scope, and we will break down requests into achievable quick launch deliverables that you can track.

Most small to medium requests will be ready to review by the end of a 5 day sprint. Larger requests will be broken down into phases.

Revisions are a natural part of the process, and we’ll work with you until we get it just right. If there are changes in the requirements simply update or close the ticket depending on the scope of the change.

Hiring an agency or in-house can get expensive, but retaining the time of a tried-and-true professional is an affordable alternative when you just need to turn around work fast… without the red tape. 

We are streamlining the approach to retain professional design, development, and operational support by baking in the cost and delivery process from the start.  Save time and money by eliminating the need to nickel-and-dime the cost for each project, but still have the resources you need, when you need them, at your fingertips.

You can pause, cancel or upgrade your plan at any time before your next billing cycle.

Your plan will renew each month unless cancellation or notification to pause service has been received. We do not offer refunds for unused time if no requests have been submitted or approved with in the plan period. Any purchase made to reserve upcoming monthly support is final upon purchase.
